  • Apple App Store and Google Play Store

9. Mobile Application Terms

9.1 App Store Compliance

If you download our mobile applications from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to comply with the respective store's terms of service.

9.2 Apple-Specific Terms

For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and MV Studio, not Apple
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
  • Apple is not responsible for any product warranties
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the app
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

9.3 Google Play-Specific Terms

For apps downloaded from Google Play, you acknowledge that Google has no responsibility or liability related to compliance or non-compliance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of non-infringement
  • Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MV STUDIO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services
  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MV Studio and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

13. Termination
